We had breakfast and lunch here during our vacation. The food was fresh and amazing. The staff were great. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Fast friendly service in a "fast casual" dining setting. Excellent food sourced locally whenever possible, amazing coffee and the Marketplace cafe's are locally owned and operated since they opened 25 years ago. Come in for great food to give you a great mood! Great prices on Giffords ice cream and house made ice cream sandwiches, gluten free options available too!!!

While visiting Great Barrington we are here twice! Lunch, then breakfast the next morning. We really love the flexibility of their menu and the high quality local ingredients. It was easy to eat gluten free for a couple of us. Totally recommend!

Not much open on a Monday in Pittsfield...stumbled upon Marketplace downtown...the sandwiches are hot those over stuffed sandwiches that lack flavor...these are well portioned and flavorful sandwiches. The roast beef with cheese, sprouts and the horseradish aoli is yummy and the kale white bean and sausage soup light flavors perfect for fall dining on delightful sidewalk seating. The tables are surrounded by flowers so have a small sense of privacy from people walking down street.

Food: There were lots of options. I got the ole egger on an everything bagel. The eggs were fluffy and flavorful. The chai was very good and I appreciated that it wasn't scalding hot. Service: The woman behind the cashier was patient and kind. The food came out quickly. You clean your own table. Atmosphere: There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The landscape out front was beautiful. There are single person gendered bathrooms. They were clean.

This restaurant is amazing and has so many options even if you're vegetarian. The staff is super cool and the cook even came out to say hi to me and I was only there to pick up my food. The Chicken Burger with a side of parmesan, lemon & pepper fries is Awesome. Also the GB Derby salad has fresh goat cheese and chicken and tasted Amazing! I was able to check out the restaurant both inside and out and it all looked very clean. I would definitely recommend a burger they are made to perfection!
